Mr. Giles is a Senior Development Consultant with Hardy Giles Consulting. He is a graduate of the Masters in Management program from Lakehead University and holds a honors degree in Social Work, Sociology and a post graduate diploma in Business. He has facilitated hundreds of sessions in areas including community engagement, training workshops and strategic planning sessions. He is an expert in workforce development and has over 15 years working on strategies, curriculum and processes to advance and revolutionize the employment and training field. He has worked built “experiential learning tools” developed work readiness curriculum and had a role in connecting over 300 Indigenous job seekers to employment. He has trained and engaged over 2000 Indigenous job seekers directly and influenced many more by designing, implementing and securing more than $5 million in workforce training programs.
Mrs. Giles can bring the energy, passion and enthusiasm to your organization or project. She also has a real gift of leadership that can be valuable in providing the Personality Dimensions training workshops to your organization. Personality Dimensions can provide teambuilding, leadership, conflict-resolution and boost the overall morale of your organization or team. She has several years experience as Human Resource Practitioner and experience working with Labour Standards in Canada, Provincial and Federal Labour Laws.Mrs. Giles has professional experience in many HR capacities including developing, evaluating, and modifying job descriptions, processes and organizational development. With her strong organizational skills she can provide valuable insight and direction to Human Resources planning. Melissa is experienced in conducting interviews, collecting materials and reporting relevant data for many projects. Melissa can provide valuable insight to organizational processes and support in the capacity of Human Resource Management consultation.
